I buy horseradish made by our local Mennonite community. YUMMO. and man does it ever pack a punch.
We actually make our own horseradish, it's very simple. Dig up the roots, peel them and grind them up and put it in a jar. It's definitely an operation you want to perform outdoors though...We did it one year inside and even the cat was running for cover from the fumes.
