@calicofish cheers I will lay off everything completley for this first 50 days and see how it goes, I just want to stop waking up after mad binges with that cringing feeling you could have said/done something stupid and then feeling hungover or on a come down for at least two days.


I have decided to make a plan what I am going to do to stop me drinking which involves exercise non stop to keep my mind off of things taking a picture of myself at day 1 (today) and seeing the change after 50 days no alcohol and exercise. I do not want to just come here and be a weekend regret poster, this is happening. I am posting my guide below so one I can remember it as will keep seeing it when check here meaning I am more likely to stick at it and two others may use it and can give any tips looking to tone up a lot more used to do boxing want to get back into it.



Start Weight: (know roughly 12.5 will check tomorrow and edit in)

Goal Weight:11 stone

Monday:
Morning-20 press ups,20 sit ups,30 second plank
Evening-Weights

Tuesday:
Morning-20 press ups,20 sit ups,30 second plank
Evening-Running 3.5 miles

Wednesday:
Morning:Morning-20 press ups,20 sit ups,30 second plank
Evening-Weights

Thursday:
Morning-20 press ups,20 sit ups,30 second plank
Evening-Running 3.5 miles

Friday:
Morning-20 press ups,20 sit ups,30 second plank
Evening-Weights

Saturday:
Morning-20 press ups,20 sit ups,30 second plank
Evening-Heavy Bag

Sunday:
Morning-Rest
Evening-Rest

Pass exam for work.
Pay off debts.
Focus on new job (learning).
Get fit.
Stop smoking.
Stop drinking/drugs.
Do something nice for family.
