When I got serious about quitting, like really serious, I started with a 30 day challenge. I think that's a good start. I think you need to ask yourself though, " if my social life makes me feel bad is it the right type of social life for me"? Once I answered that question honestly and let me be me, I changed and really didn't want to drink or drug anymore. Good luck on your 50 days!
