Life is good and strong here.
We learned last week that my dad has late-stage prostate cancer, his numbers are over 500, and he's not a candidate for any treatments, nor does he want any. The doctor thinks he has a good year or 2 left. So there's been a lot of time spent with dad, starting to make arrangements, will, power of attorney (me), health care proxy (me).
The best thing in my life is my DH. He's just 100% wonderful.
I'm creating a new kind of job that combines business and sustainability. It's been a rocky road, but I think, I THINK, I have commitments to pay me that together will net me a proper income.
In lots of upset and unknown, my core is knowing that ALL IS OK.
