My drinking was out of control, too. For many years. I was so bad I saw the end of my life coming from alcohol and still drank.
You can make it through today. It may be hard, but you can do it. Try not to think of a week or month from now, just take it one day at a time. I can handle one day.
What to do about it lyes therein. One day at a time and for me beleife that a power greater than myself could restore me to sobriety. It's been working for over four years now, and I was a raving alcoholic.
You can do it. Many of us here are through different means,but with the same problem and goal to stop drinking.
