FullStop, you may want to consider buying the book:
Rational Recovery: The New Cure for Substance Addiction. While the book isn't necessary to successfully use RR's AVRT technique, I did find the extra information very useful.
Used copies can be bought cheaply on half.com and amazon.com (and probably other sites as well).
