I'm doing something I really never do: watching a bowl game. a cousin of mine has a son who coaches for one of the teams so I've been watching trying to get a glimpse of him on the sidelines. Caught momentary sight of him. I think. Unfortunately, they just lost.
Yes, our second New Year's on this road! It is hard to believe. Some holidays are harder for me than others and this is one of them. Been fighting the blues today but did a more intense than usual workout after work and it seems to have helped a bit. Dreadfully cold here but supposed to warm up some tomorrow and I'll try to spend some time outdoors.
Hope to get in a movie or two over the four-day weekend. I went to "The Imitation Game" the other day and it was fairly good, but I am quite a history buff and the inaccuracies in the flick were hard for me to swallow. May see "Wild" tomorrow.
