Yes, I do remember when gall bladder surgery took a week! And I have a lot more sympathy for those patients now. Believe me. That was very painful. Short of childbirth it was the worst thing I've ever had. They gave me dilaudid. I wasn't about to say no at that point. But it seems to have worked out for the best. I'm home now on tylenol and doing fine. Although I'm tired, I'm feeling better all the time. Just 4 little scope incisions.
