Hi all. I've been lurking for a while, and have tried to quit drinking on my own a few times unsuccessfully over the past year or so; my problem goes back maybe 6 years. I decided to seek help, was evaluated by a large rehab organization in my area yesterday, and am starting a 3 day a week outpatient program friday - I am excited to get going.
