No, haven't tried yoga. I walked again today, was in a good mood, felt well, even spent 30 minutes on the phone with a work person I don't much care for and managed to be cordial and friendly while he got all his mistakes fixed very slowly. I've decided to try to walk every day at lunch if the weather isn't awful and my allergies cooperate, I'm fortunate enough to work from home, so I can start a bit early and do a long lunch and it works out fine. It's a short walk, just half a mile, but for a guy that doesn't usually do any exercise I figure it's an okay start. Looking at the trees and leaves and various things breaks my thoughts away from whatever I might be stewing over to a large extent, and I could stand to lose more weight.
