He has not gone to court yet to do his part... It is possible that this agreement was an elaborate ploy to get me to agree on paper to something more than the current plan and then for him to drag his feet FORMALLY agreeing to it and force a hearing....
I am having a MASSIVE panic attack waiting and wondering....
I do not know if his attorney has officially withdrawn yet or not. My attorney got an email saying that was going to occur BUT no word from the court as of yet.
