So here I am, 45 years old, and I just bought PlayStation 4 and Grand Theft Auto V.
I guess boys will be boys. But over the past 6 months or so, I've been doing a lot of self care. Central to that is getting my arse back in the gym after not taking care of myself throughout grad school while also working full time. These days, after dropping all the weight I gained in grad school, I look at least 10 years younger. Which is pretty cool.
But I have to admit that playing crazy video games like GTA V is also a good way for me to burn off stress. This year at work has been crazy. A
good crazy, but still crazy, and it's nice to be able to blow off some steam doing things in GTA V that you can't do in real life -- drive 150 MPH, blow up cars in your way, pick fights with people, etc.
Sometimes it's
