I'm at a point where I spend many hours a day in both prayer and meditation.
I used to think it had to be all "formal" to really "count", you know ?
But now, I realize, that every positive thought, put out towards another, is like a little prayer.
I try to remain perpetually mindful of my thoughts ,as they are energy , and have the ability to heal and connect us vibrationally.
I also spend much time in gratitude. Thats a game changer for me.
