I pray every night and thank God for the day I have had. I try to remember to thank him instead of having a laundry list of things I am asking for.

Meditation is something I have done, but not lately. I hope to do more in the future. I really find it helps clear my head and takes away my stress. It really is wonderful how well it works for something that seems so simple.
