Prayer/Meditation Poll
SR is such a wonderful, diverse group of people. Thankful to have found it!
I am curious about friends on here and their habits of prayer/meditation. The LAST thing I am want is to start a controversy about religion!
From a standpoint of recovery, very simply do you utilize prayer/meditation and how often?
The poll considers praying and/or meditating the same.
My answer is simply yes - daily.
