My drinking has taken its toll on my health in terms of nutrition. I either skipped eating or ate greasy crap. I know that alcohol robs your body of nutrients as well so it is a double whammy.
Any suggestions as far a nutritional supplements and/or food intake?
BTW - why is it that when you drink you want to eat salty, greasy nasty food? I never recalled ever wanting a nice salad after a binge
