Looking for someone to set goals with
I'm a part-time late-night binge drinker for 11 years and a lifetime anxiety sufferer.
I'm looking for someone who wants to set no-drinking (or no-drug use) goals with me on a regular or semi-regular basis - a sort of peer support/mutual mentor arrangement.
Maybe we could identify trigger areas and times of the day/week and shoot each other brief reminders or encouragements on a casual basis.
