My Heart is a Stone That Bleeds
Thank you everyone for your great suggestions. I would like to recommend my own book I wrote while in counseling to overcome a severe case of PTSD caused by the years of abuse and denial I lived through as a child. The book is titled My Heart Is A Stone That Bleeds, by Karl P. Whitehead, published by iUniverse in August of 2002, ISBN# 0595241654. It is the culmination of three years of painfully hard counseling and writing. It is not a journal but rather a chronicle of events and revelations starting from my childhood through my mid 40's. I am not an alcoholic but rather an ACoA seeking solutions to the anger, panic attacks and pervasive undefined anxiety many of us feel everyday. Thank you for support with my difficult passage. Karl
