Sorry to hear you drank JD, but glad to see you are back. While you shouldn't dwell on the past, take a serious look at what you could have done ( and what you can do moving forward ) to keep from using things as an excuse to drink. The only way sobriety works is if you accept that there is never any excuse good enough to even take one sip.
