Absolutely. I was 244 pounds at the height of my drinking. As a 5'4" woman in her early 40's....I was getting scared. After I got sober 14 months ago I totally revamped my lifestyle and started eating healthy. Oh, and take away all that booze 14 months later I am 135 pounds....that's a 109 pound loss!!!!! Ah yes....I say my life is so much healthier now:-)
