I understand when you say about how we deal with our hand being 85% because until the past week I was in my own house, alone except people who didn't have my best interests at heart - I had nothing but I found that if I looked closely enough then I could find some good in the day usually. I wouldn't say I enjoyed it but it certainly taught me how to be in the moment.
