Hi Sunnygal, I have some loss of sensitivity on my left big toe area. Have had this now for several months. I have no idea what it is. And wasn't really that concerned (maybe I should be!). I read up on it and found that numbness in feet can sometimes indicate diabetes. I do know that I'm hypoglycemic and so I've recently changed my diet to eating Paleo. Going to make a doctor's appt to get a thorough checkup just to make sure there's nothing seriously wrong. That's what I'd recommend to you too. Just make an appt to have everything checked out.
