CLEAN HOUSE.....
GRATITUDE....
ASSISTING OTHERS IN NEED....
REACH OUT AND TOUCH SOMEONE ......
CLIMB MOUNTAINS.....
SERENITY PRAYER....
Today is one of those days that we all need to step back and take a good look at what we are doing in our program...... just for today...
I am thinking about a couple words to pick and work on myself..... 1 is the serenity prayer....... 2 climb mountains...... these two are a couple important ones for now.
I will go on a quiet walk just for today and think about the outdoors in the country side around me..... I live in the mountains and the wild life is all around me..... so nice to have the wild around me.... and seeing nature.....
