I just woke up from a weird dream of my ex and have no clue why he's still lingering. it saddens me that my subconscious is somehow always reminding me of the failed relationship. i want to rid of all the memories and move on. I recently had a dream about my ex from way back in day. It was not an unpleasant dream. And I've had dreams about her family, too.
And then sometimes I dream about the woman I dated before my AXGF came into the picture, and that one still hurts.
We all carry everyone we've loved, and everyone we've lost. And some times are easier than other times. Like it or not, I'm going to carry my AXGF for as long as I live. Recent events aside, I'm fine with it because I don't let it hurt me. You'll have to learn how to live with it, too.
