Yeap day ones can seem to be never ending but they don't have to be the future, it's usually something to do with not changing your pattern of life, I used to go to work with a hangover, vow to change, come home, sit thinking about drinking and sure enough I would drink!!
The only way to create different results is to have a completely different lifestyle, rather simply eliminating alcohol and continuing on the same pattern of life!!
