Only you can answer that.
For me, I could not stay sober without AA. There may be some other solution that works for you. If you have never attended an AA meeting, I suggest you try it. They're free. (Newcomers are usually discouraged from even contributing the standard "dollar in the basket").
MY only cautionary word is that whatever you're going to do, don't spend too long figuring it out, or you're likely to pick up before making a decision.
