a great friend in recovery said she learned a wonderful lesson about dust - it is a great place to leave notes to herself
So she writes notes on her dusty furniture - to remind herself to laugh, smile, love, dream, hope and enjoy
According to an episode of CSI - a large part of dust is made of up of dead skin - which means that you have a lot living going on in your home ~ what a blessing!
