Good luck and great decision going to bed early. I am on day two myself, and I am really hoping I sleep better tonight then I did last night, one hour is not cutting it at the moment haha. But with my work schedule I can't adjust my sleep patterns either, so napping for me. Let go Energy Drinks! Haha. Keep moving forward, I am trying to hold my head up and keep a good attitude this go 'round.
