Day 2... Again
K.. Yesterday I was such a bit*#... Came home from work ready to fight.. Very edgy.. Helped my boys with their homework, made dinner and then I simply could not stand myself or my bad attitude any longer so I went to bed early.. Needless to say.. Best decision I made ... Slept ok.. Not great but no hangover this morning...So to me a great start to day 2...
Even better.. Shared my day 2 with my husband who also struggles with alcohol and anxiety so just maybe this time we can try to recover as a team... One minute at a time!!!
