how do i get back in to work
or should i rephrase it how do i get a job, not really had one and now im 42 years old
i got no cv and nothing to put on one
i left school at 16 with no qualifications
i got a job straight away in a pig/meat factory that lasted 6-8 weeks
i went straight in to a trainee/job as a hgv mechanic/fitter which lasted 2 years and i only got one qualification city and guilds part 1 mechanics.
i was out of work for 4-6 weeks
then i got a job in a abbatoir that maybe lasted 1 year on and off
(they would employ anyone because people didnt stay,its now closed down)
then i didnt work for 9-10 years (i had a few oppertunities where i lasted a day or a week and walked out)
after the 10 years of being on dole i got a job in a chocolate factory for about a year and half
out of work for 8 months
then a job in a milk factory for 3 months
then a job in a fruit factory for 3 months
then odd jobs for a month
then green house work for 3-4 months
then back to milk factory for 3 months
then dole since 2003
not a good cv
