I change my nail polish every 2-3 days. It's therapeutic for me. I try to relax when I can, but that's hard with five kids and a hubby who works odd hours. He's never home when the kids and I are awake. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder and depression, so despite my desire to do more yoga or really anything that makes me happy, I just get all down in the dumps and don't do it. I need to work on that.
