I know that the whole story is impractical to post, but I am wondering why you keep saying he is being so nice and changed.
He now isn't planning to move out, like originally planned.
He never provided you with asked for financials and had put an offer on a property without telling you!? And after you expressed it wasn't a good idea.
Those are two biggies, in my mind. Not being respectful of you, still.
It reminds me of those people who dis you while smiling. You know the language on the surface was polite, but you still feel angry (and confused).
