Sorry you're feeling down, Florence. Winter's a tough time for me too. I really enjoy being outdoors but am not a fan of the cold and snow. I've found that yoga helps a lot. If you can't afford classes, there are tons and tons of videos on youtube. If you want to start slow, I recommend AM Yoga with Meaghan Townsend. It's only 10 minutes but really starts the day out right.
A few other things I've been doing are bowling, sledding, snow tubing and walking my dogs more often as long as it's not too frigid. Hang in there! I hope you feel better soon.
