I still make sure I have an "evening distraction" to get me to bedtime. That time was where I was most susceptible. Keep in mind how good you felt when you woke up in the morning. If your mind starts thinking about drinking just remember how good it feels not to have a hangover. No guild, no headache, no sour stomach, no excuses, no bottles to hide, no shakes, etc., etc., etc., etc..
