Actorchris, I second everything Snoozy said. Sometimes a counselor can save your life. I was also helped a great deal by by coming on here to SR. I understand that feeling at particular times of day or the week. Mine is usually about 5 in the afternoon. Or (weird) when I'm feeling halfway decent.
