Melatonin is a hormone that is naturally produced by the body. So, do you have an aversion with talking to your local product consultant in a health food store?
I dont like to take melatonin because everytime i do, i end up feeling sluggish the next morning. I have a job that requires me to be active and on my feet all day, so feeling sluggish wont be good for my performance. But mostly i want my mind to readjust to sober sleep purely on its own. I feel like ive been manipulating the chemicals in my brain for too long. I just want to let it be
