Yeah, Addictive Voice is always about future drinking. And so when we separate ourselves from our AV by being as much as possible in the present moment, sitting with ourselves, we can more easily identify which feelings/thoughts support future drinking and which don't. It becomes simplistic then to sort ourselves by letting go of those future drinking ideations and feelings, just letting them pass, and concentrating and meditating on ourselves - those thoughts/feelings which have nothing to do with future drinking.
Success breeds success, and so with ongoing practice such meditations of separations become second nature and require less and less effort to achieve the same non-drinking results.
Identify. Separate. Move on. Success!
