Serene Sunday not here Grace. For some crazy reason early this year I decided to run the City to Surf to celebrate 12 months of sobriety. I couldn't train properly so my goal was to jog (shuffle) the whole 14 km WITHOUT walking .... I did it !!!!
MY body is exhausted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also attended my first ever AA meeting in Sydney ... it was a whole less scary then I thought ... I really enjoyed it .... still know I won't go at home.
I would not have gotten thru this yea without my cyber family the August Class and SR chat ..... so
from the bottom of my heart.
