I think that's awesome, Lexi. I work in customer service and have been on the opposite side of this kind of situation a few times and I've always been really appreciative of people coming back but I've never thought to give them a discount--but I will from now on. (And for those of you who wouldn't have gone back, if the mistake was entirely the store's fault don't feel too bad--it's on them to get it right--that's the way I've always seen it in my job).
