It can also help to have a pleasant (and mindless) distraction. I took up knitting a few months into sobriety and found it to be quite relaxing. Hang in there - it really does get better!
Thanks for the article very useful. Im calling my doctor this morning and I go to work in an hour and a half. I slept really badly last night. I work 8 hours today im glad for this something to keep my mind occupied and out of my head.
