Memory Loss
Does anyone else here feel that they have short-term memory loss, problems recalling words or issues with things like typing, from their past drinking?
I don't mean memory loss from an actual bender, I mean just general everyday memory loss. I can't remember what I had for lunch at the end of the day. I forget friend's names. I'm only 45. This seems to have gradually happened over the last 2 years.
