The last time I had a weight loss comparable to the crap I am getting rid of now is when I kicked out the last guy I lived with (and I'm talking HIS weight, not his stuff!).
It really does make one feel LIGHTER, doesn't it? And the more we are freeing up space, the easier it is to see where things can go, and to figure out how to make the best use of the space we have.
This is the most therapeutic thing I've done since I got sober!
