before work but I overslept.

I was planning on walking
after work, but it was raining.
I wanted to workout but I just
feel crappy today....
I got so wrapped up in DD's needs that I
forgot I wanted to get some exercise in.

Just one more piece is fine, I'll just get up earlier tomorrow and work out.
It's okay if I have a dessert tonight (even though I promised myself I wouldn't) because I'll just walk an extra mile tomorrow.
I know I said I'd quit sweets for a week before giving in, but I've gone all day & WHAT'S THE DIFF if I just have 1 treat?
