Mainly because he'll be on court training for 6 hours a day and his rash is very heat sensitive right now. He won't be able to go to the beach, go to tennis training, etc and these were the reasons we're going. He certainly doesn't want to go on vacation to sit indoors and do nothing.
Oh, I feel for him.

When I was in AIT in Georgia, (school after basic training) I got a rash that was similar to this. It was only on my forearms and face (the only part exposed to the sun because of my uniform) and when I went into the sun, I could actually see the redness start and move up my arm, and feel my face warming up.

It was in GA during June, and some of those days could be miserable.
It did go away, and they never diagnosed it, just said "skin reaction" maybe to
the fertilizers on the exercise field.

It did stop after a few days though. But, it was funny, the doctors gave orders
that I could not be in the sun.
Well, in GA, during June and during training it was hilarious.
I could not be in formation with the rest of the troops,
I had to run from one shady tree to another!

and, some of my peers were jealous of my shade profile, and wanted to get one too!

I hope it clears up in time.
I guess the only thing left is meditation.
