Yeah margarine is actually a plastic derivative (I think) certainly nothing natural there - go for olive oil or butter. I'm off out to continue hacking the wilderness that is my garden - that'll be my secercise for today! Ooh got some new batteries for my wii fit board too. 30 mins step whilst I watch some rubbish on tele later
