Before we "sticky" it (and I agree, it is totally awesome and so, so true), I think we should respect the author, who wrote on her blog: "WHOA, IT PROPAGATED. Look at it go! I'm so pleased that y'all are finding this true and useful. If you'd like to link to it or quote from it, please do. I only ask that you not repost the whole thing."
Seems like the least we can do. Maybe pick a few excerpts instead?
