6 Days! And one Friday!
I know it's not a massive achievement, but I'm 6 days in and have survived my first Friday! Other than some odd cravings, weird dreams and foul moods I've been O.K. Lets see if I can make it through the weekend!
I've only had one cigarette too - I can't stop smoking while I'm drinking, so this is a bonus.
