I too had an humongous sweet tooth when I quit. I bought a huge tub of marshmellow fluff( I know gross) and seriously dipped everything in it!!! It lasted a few weeks. Adding small protein packed snacks quiets then a little. Peanut butter, nuts, cheese.

Be gentle with yourself listen to your body. It is easier to loose 7 pounds then to quit drinking! We're all here for you.
