Its the first drink we need to avoid, The first drink is the one that sets off the craving. We are not like normal people , We have an allergy to alcohol. Normal drinkers can have one and stop. Whenever we put any alcohol in our systems at any time our body chemistry reacts differently than others. It sets off an unsatisfiable craving.
