Oh sweetie, the torture our subconscious minds put us through! As if we are not punished enough! Take comfort in the fact that they are only dreams, residue of issues from the past. Just about everyone here will tell you they also have similar dreams, and we all feel out of sorts when we wake. Dreams are one part of your sobriety you cannot control, but make sure that they don't control you. Next time, jump up and down on you bed, throw your arms in the air and shout ' yeah, oh yeah! It was just a dream! I am sober and great!' Take the power out of it to hurt you.
